Saanjh means twilight  that quiet, golden moment when the world slows down, and everything feels a little warmer. That’s exactly what we wanted our sweets to feel like: not just a taste, but a moment. A pause. A connection.


Saanjh began not as a business idea, but as a memory. We come from a family where sweet-making wasn’t a job  it was an everyday ritual. As a child, I’d watch my father work in our sweet shop with a kind of care you don’t often see anymore. Every peda shaped by hand, every batch of katli tasted before it was packed. He didn’t use big words like “craftsmanship” he just said, “Make it like it’s for your own.” That stayed with me.


Today, Saanjh carries that same belief but with a modern sensibility. We use less sugar, because people have changed. We focus on elegance, because gifting has evolved. But what hasn’t changed is our intention.
